Rookwood Pottery production tall tapered bottle form vase with an amazing crystalline brown, blue, and gray glaze covering the entire piece with blue highlights under the lip. It measures 7 3/16 inches tall and 3 1/8 inches in diameter at the base. Marked with the RP die-stamp, XVI for 1916, shape number 1660E, and a sideways P. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs. An unusual and very nice piece of arts & crafts period Rookwood.
