Rookwood Pottery production vase with a band of twelve rooks marching around the shoulder designed by Albert Munson. The glaze is a matte caramel tan / brown which runs over the decoration and highlights it nicely. It measures 6 7/8 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, just a few bubbles and tiny skips in the glaze. Marks include the RP die-stamped mark, XXI for 1921, and shape number 2314. A good example of arts & crafts Rookwood production art pottery.
