Hampshire Pottery blue curdled melon form vase

Hampshire Pottery melon shaped vase with eight lobes around the bulbous body. It is covered in one of their best glazes, a heavily curdled matte blue. Marked Hampshire Pottery with the in the mold mark, the M in a circle for Emoretta Robertson, shape number 119. It measures 6 1/2 inches in diameter and 5inches tall. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs. Made in Keene New Hampshire before 1923 this pottery was influenced by Boston's Grueby Pottery.An exceptional piece of New England Arts & Crafts art pottery.
