Grueby Pottery large leaf & bud vase with an iron stand in their famous matte green glaze. The stand is likely original to the piece as the stems and leaves match up to the design on the vase. It has a large drainage hole in the bottom where the iron mount bolts on and restoration to a large rim chip, but is otherwise in good condition with no cracks, or firing flaws. It measures 16 inches tall and about 10 inches in diameter at the widest. (18.5” tall in the stand) An unusual piece from Boston's famous Arts & Crafts Art Pottery.
