Owens Pottery tile with an oak leaf and acorn branch design in raised lines with matte green, brown, and blue gray acorns against a yellow tan glaze ground. Made in Zanesville Ohio around 1905. It measures 6 inches square and about 3/4 inch thick. Framed in a period oak frame measuring 11 1/2 inches square. It is in great condition with only tiny nicks to the raised lines and no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws. Marked Owens.
