Marblehead Pottery exceptional decorated acorn shaped vase with a four color design of trefoil leaves and dots against a speckled matte olive green ground. The interior is greenish clear. It measures 3 3/8 inches tall and about 3 3/8 inches in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws or repairs. Marked with the firm's die-stamped MP and ship mark. The pottery was founded in Massachusetts by Dr Herbert Hall, run by Arthur Baggs, and dates to about 1915.
