Marblehead Pottery decorated vase with an incised apple or fruit and leaf design in two tones of brown and black against a speckled matte olive green ground. The interior is amber clear showing the red clay color. It measures about 4 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws or repairs. Marked with the firm's die-stamped MP with ship and HT for designer Arthur Hennessey amd decorator Sarah Tutt.
